CORE VALUE #1: Service as a way of life
In our first blog, we discussed the core values of On Target Investigation & Consulting, LLC and promised to discuss each one in more detail.
Let’s start with:
Service as a way of life
My indoctrination to a life of service began in my childhood journey through the adventures of Boy Scouts. Service is a pillar of the Boy Scouts of America. As I progressed through the program, a service ethic was firmly instilled in my character. My trail in Scouting led to my completion of an Eagle Scout project and earning the rank of Eagle Scout at the age of 15.
In order to pursue the career choice I had made around the age of 12, I enlisted in the United States Air Force Security Police at the age of 17. I continued this service to my country for five years until my Honorable Discharge at the rank of Staff Sergeant. My military service strengthened my commitment to a life of service.
At the age of 22, I entered the next major stage of my life of public service, as I attained my career goal of becoming a law enforcement officer. After 33 years of honorable public service with a medium-sized local police department, I retired as a Lieutenant. My police career offered extremely diversified opportunities to be of service to the public.
Now, as I embark on a slightly different career as a private investigator and independent consultant, I bring my lifetime of public service experiences to the quality service I provide to my clients.
IT IS MY HONOR TO BE OF SERVICE TO YOU!
