On Target Investigation & Consulting, LLC is a veteran-owned and operated business. Owner Dennis Eberly is a licensed, bonded, & insured private investigator and consultant. He served five years with the United States Air Force Security Police and is a retired police lieutenant with 33 years of service with a medium-sized law enforcement agency. Dennis has a wealth of experience as a criminal justice instructor and educator since 1992.

• B.S. – Criminal Justice - York College of Pennsylvania

• M.S. – Human Organization Science (Criminal Justice Administration) - Villanova University
