FEES FOR SERVICES
During our free initial consultation, we will discuss and agree upon payment arrangements, such as any required retainer fee to be posted, invoicing, and payment methods. Options depend on the type of assistance you need and case/project complexity.

Notice of Merchant Card Surcharge
For the convenience of our clients, we now offer the option for secure payments with PayPal, credit cards, and debit cards. Unfortunately, we find it necessary to charge a 3.76% surcharge on these payment methods in order to cover transaction fees we incur for providing this service. The surcharge will be added to your invoice. After our consultation with the client, we will forward a link to the invoice to facilitate these payment methods.
If you prefer not to pay the additional surcharge, payments with cash, personal/business check, certified check, or money order remain acceptable payment methods without the addition of a surcharge.
PROCESS SERVICE FEES
Routine - $100
Able to be sub-served to a person of legal age within the household and attempted within 7 days, including established businesses, known to be in operation; up to 3 attempts.
Personal Only - $130
Sub-service not permitted; served only on the named individual within 7 days; up to 3 attempts.
Rush Serve - $150
Service must be attempted within the next 2 days; up to 3 attempts.
Immediate Serve - $210
Highest priority – Upon receipt of documents & includes up to 3 attempts.
Difficult Serve - $300 and Up
Subject is actively evading service and/or multiple attempts at service have been unsuccessful. May include more extensive records research, interviews, or surveillance, as needed.
NOTE: Multiple separate papers served simultaneously at the same location – Full charge for first paper; ½ that full charge for each additional separate paper served.
