In such cases, we will be forthright with the client and advise them they may want to consider other career choices. We don’t want to waste our client’s time or money.

We have practical experience to share in this area. The principal consultant successfully obtained a municipal police position, which he maintained for 33 years before retiring as a Lieutenant. As a police supervisor, he participated in numerous police candidate interview boards. As a police administrator, he was responsible for overseeing the hiring process for a medium-sized police agency.
