This is Saint Michael's Chapel in the Basilica of Sacre' Coeur de Montmartre (Sacred Heart of Montmartre).
The Basilica sits atop the summit of a 430 ft. hill in northern Paris. Construction began in 1875 and it was completed in 1914.
Archangel Saint Michael (The Protector) is the Patron Saint of Police Officers. I like to think he was watching over & protecting me during my 33-year police career and that he welcomed the thousands of police officers who made the Ultimate Sacrifice during those same 33 years (as well as before & since).
